JB Construction Innovations started as a father-and-son journey — built on hard work, learning the trade, and gaining real experience in the field.

Daniel Banderas and his father began working side by side on renovation projects, developing their skills and building a reputation through consistency and craftsmanship. Over time, those smaller jobs grew into full home renovations, large-scale remodels, and investment property transformations.

DANIEL BANDERAS
​​Daniel attended BCTCS and graduated in 2022 educated in the Logistics field. His technical experience related to the construction industry is vast and includes estimating, 3D design, manufacturing assembly and testing. He is familiar with all design and build aspects of the construction process and is very passionate when it comes to designing your vision.

RUFINO BANDERAS
Rufino has been involved in the construction industry since the 1990’s and has completed hundreds of projects both on a residential and commercial level. In addition to oversight of the corporation, Mr. Banderas deals with client/ design team coordination, construction project management, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, cost control and subcontractor selection and coordination.
